Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a global non-profit initiative dedicated to advancing women's agenda, impact, and leadership announces its initiatives in celebration of International Women's Day (IWD) on March 8, 2025.



Strengthening WIN's 2025 theme—Audacious Action, the organization is set to launch WIN Voices, a dynamic podcast platform amplifying the voices of trailblazing women leaders, disruptors, and changemakers to share bold ideas, powerful insights, and transformative experiences.



Vasundhara Oswal, executive director of PRO Industries, kicks off the series on International Women's Day. A sustainability champion, Vasundhara leads one of East Africa's largest ethanol plants and founded PRO Industries in her second year, later integrating it into the Oswal Group global conglomerate. Recognized for her commitment to green initiatives, she has received accolades such as the Global Youth Icon Award 2023 and Economic Times Woman of the Year.



Sharing her thoughts on the International Women's Day, Vasundhara said, "Never give up and never lose hope! I think these two things are the biggest factors in achieving anything you want to achieve in life. If you give up, you are already lost, so you need to keep pushing through things."



In addition, WIN will be hosting a Global Mentoring Walk, inspired by Vital Voices (VV)—a leading American non-governmental organization that invests in women leaders solving the world's greatest challenges. Over the past 22 years, VV has built a network of 18,000 changemakers across 182 countries, working toward a more equitable world. Leading this initiative will be Stuti Jalan,



WIN Founder, bringing together mentors and mentees for a walk designed to foster connections, share challenges, and drive solutions.



Reflecting on the significance of International Women's Day, Stuti Jalan, Founder of Women Inspiring Network, stated, "International Women's Day is not a celebration but a call to action.
