Women Leadership Circle (WLC), a leadership and professional community for women, launched its Delhi NCR Chapter, expanding its presence to one of India’s key corporate and entrepreneurial markets.



The Delhi NCR Chapter brought together women professionals, senior leaders, CXOs, founders and entrepreneurs through curated leadership conversations, learning programmes, mentorship and meaningful peer interactions.



The chapter focused on key aspects of women’s professional and entrepreneurial journeys, including leadership progression, visibility, executive presence, strategic decision-making, mentorship, entrepreneurship and building meaningful professional relationships.



The launch reflected WLC’s focus on creating a community where women can access diverse perspectives, learn from peers and leaders, build meaningful relationships and find connections that support their ambitions and growth.

For founders and entrepreneurs, the Delhi NCR Chapter created opportunities to connect with a cross-industry community of peers, mentors and potential collaborators, with conversations spanning  business growth, leadership, financial preparedness, team building and scaling.



The launch marked the next phase of WLC’s growth and strengthened its vision of building a wider, more connected community of women leaders. Delhi NCR, with its strong ecosystem of corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and founders across technology, media, professional services and other sectors, provided WLC with an opportunity to deepen its community and facilitate meaningful connections. The new chapter also strengthened the linkages between WLC’s Mumbai and Delhi NCR communities.

Over the next 12–24 months, WLC plans to deepen the Delhi NCR community through leadership conversations, mentorship, learning engagements and curated networking formats, supported by both technology-enabled and in-person offerings.



The chapter’s progress will be reflected not only through membership growth, but also through the mentorship relationships, collaborations, knowledge exchange, introductions and opportunities created within the community.
