The clinic runs from noon until 4 p.m. on October 22, 2018, and will be located at The Phoenix at Delray's facility, whose address is 5624 Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida.
In order to be eligible to receive your free flu shot from the flu shot clinic, interested persons need to bring both a valid form of Florida photo identification and either their Medicare or medical insurance card. As previously stated, the flu shots are free so there will be no required charge for the vaccination.
