Study Vault Education Pvt. Ltd organized a workshop for the students of class 7 to 11 at Lotus Valley International School, Noida. The workshop focused on the need of profile building which now has become a new game changer. Expert Speaker Jyotsna Bhardwaj guided students for shaping the future by focusing on the right choices for a successful career. Vice Principal Indu Yadav welcomed the speaker and Sumeet Saluja Regional Manager of Study Vault Education Pvt. Ltd. in the presence of more than 300 students.

Jyotsna Bhardwaj guided students on how to strategize the plan which could not only be realistic and achievable but also measurable and result oriented. She guided on how to start thinking on planning, analysing them, think on failures and re-plan and take actions. She advised to focus on prioritising the goals, making plans accordingly, start working and stick to it then only one can achieve the results. Students generally fail in setting up the goal which leads to no or low result. It is also very much important to write down the plans and think what are you doing, why are you doing and how are you going to achieve it. A very interesting discussion also took on the triple ‘C’ concept which talked on: Challenges, Consequences and Choices.

Muskan Bawa of XI Science, a SIP student of Study Vault, felt that the workshop was need of the hour as Boards exams are approaching. She got better idea on how to frame her timing for revisions and practices. She can now be more focused and will be able to analyse the loopholes and rework on them for better results.

The workshop also focused on the key metrics which leads to build stress during exams. Pressure for getting good marks is no doubt always there behind the brain. High expectations from parents and peer group is another reason, Competition, comparison, Fear of being left out and rejection also adds a burden. A peaceful mind with stepwise planning and determined attitude can defiantly be the game changer. Students just need to focus on the right choices.
