Shri Kalraj Misra, the honorable governor of Rajasthan, inaugurated the four-day comfest organized by Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur. The event began from 14 October, 2020 and will last till 18 October, 2020.



This four-day extravaganza tests the participants’ technical, creative, literary and manageability prowess. Each year Comfest brings an array of diversified events and activities with the participation of national and International schools. This year, considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the event was organised on a virtual platform.



Shri Kalraj Misra, the honourable governor of Rajasthan graced the inauguration ceremony with his benign presence. He appreciated the members of the Jaipuria Computer Club for setting another milestone and inspired the young minds with his pearls of wisdom. The event proceeded with a Krishna Vandana which mesmerized everyone present.



The Chairman of the Jaipuria Group of Institutions, Shri Shishir Jaipuria also graced the event and encouraged them to settle only for perfection and nothing less.Mrs. Shikha Banerjee, the Principal of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur captivated the audience with her motivating words.Following this, Ishan Gupta, the President of Comfest 2020 addressed the gathering and gave them an insight of his emotional journey of being a member of the Jaipuria Computer Club.He highlighted how Mr. Manish Seksaria has always been the true pillar and driving force of this extravaganza. His appreciation for his team could be reflected in his mesmerising voice.



Aarush Roy, a JCC member, revealed the inspiring journey of Comfest about how it has evolved from a one-day local event to a three-day national affair and eventually a four-day International phenomenon that was witnessed by the audience.



The Jaipuria Computer Club also presented the Chief Guest with an E-certificate and 101 trees were planted in his name in Buxar, Bihar. This showcased the students’ concern towards nature at large. The day ended with Shri Saket Jaipuria delivering the vote of thanks and concluding the event, encouraging the audience to strive for perfection in each and every endeavour of theirs.
