In the latest BC PNP tech pilot draw, British Columbia issued 80 invitations to the candidates who applied under the Express entry BC (EEBC) and Skilled Immigration (SI) of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). 80 were the provincial score under all the two subcategories of EEBC and SI such as skilled worker and international graduate.



The EEBC stream is for the candidates who have a valid profile in the Federal express entry that is the main pathway for the skilled immigrants who are looking forward to making a smart move of Canada Immigration in 2021. Also, the express entry candidates who applied and received a provincial nomination from British Columbia will receive an additional of 600 points towards their CRS scores that will further boost the chances of entering the castle of success.

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Tech Pilot was introduced by the province to attract the eyeballs of the skilled workers and moreover, to assist the employers to select the right workforce so that the gap which exists in the labour market of British Columbia can be fulfilled.



The BC PNP uses a point-based system to assess the profiles of candidates. These points indicate whether a candidate deserves enough to receive a provincial nomination from the province of British Columbia. These points are given on the basis of certain factors such as level of education, work experience, a job offer from British Columbia employer and many more. The job offer must be valid for one year and must have at least 120 days remaining on it at the time of submitting your application under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee program.
