In a recently conducted a webinar titled “Critical Thinking for Business Communication in MBA” at JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), by Dr. Richa Mishra, Assistant Professor OBHR & Assistant Director, Centre for Communication & Critical Thinking and Ms. Shraddha Bharatiya, lecturer, Centre of Communication and Critical Thinking shared the important qualities that make a student future-ready in the unprecedented times of COVID-19 pandemic.



The hour-long webinar discussed some pertinent issues in management studies including how to be a critical thinker and a good communicator to excel in your career, how communication skills can prove to be an easy way to managerial roles at top organizations, ways to improve communication strategies while working with different types of people, how to enhance soft skills like critical thinking to get top management roles & leading and expanding a business, and relationship between critical thinking and communication for effective communication skills to help individuals perform in a better way.



“The future-ready professionals of tomorrow should be able to analyze situations from multiple perspectives and get to the real root of any problem – they should be able to think critically, solve problems creatively and communicate their thoughts effectively. Doing an MBA is about collaborative work, critical thinking and problem solving, verbal and written communication and presentation skills” said Dr. Richa Mishra. The webinar was organized by JKLU’s Pinnacle MBA department.
