Indian School of Hospitality is now accepting applications for their undergraduate degree programme in Culinary Arts. The programme is offered by the globally renowned culinary institute École Ducasse, whose first campus in India is located at ISH in Gurugram. The program starts in September 2022 and the application process is open for students. The École Ducasse ISH Gurugram campus is India’s international hub of learning for culinary arts education. École Ducasse is a network of schools founded by the iconic multi-Michelin starred Chef Alain Ducasse.



The international curriculum of the programme blends culinary mastery with practical business skills. The four-year programme includes two internships which equips students with the skills they require to become culinary entrepreneurs and professionals. Students get the opportunity to study semesters abroad at the École Ducasse campus in Paris, France and get international exposure. They get to intern with global hospitality and F&B brands and launch their culinary journey upon completion of the program.



Eligibility Criteria:



Higher Secondary School Certificate or State Boards, CBSE and ICSE – 50% marks in 12th standard with English as a subject.



International Baccalaureate students – Diploma



Candidates in their 12th standard or equivalent class can also apply, provided they’ve completed their final examination and produce passing certificate before 31st August



Programme Fee: 7,30,000 per year
