École Ducasse in India is now accepting applications for their two Diploma programs – Culinary Arts Diploma and French Pastry Arts Diploma. Both the programs are offered by the globally renowned culinary institute École Ducasse, and taught at India’s first campus at ISH in Gurugram. The programs starts in September 2022 and the application process is open for students. The École Ducasse ISH Gurugram campus is India’s international hub of learning for culinary arts education. École Ducasse is a network of schools founded by the iconic multi-Michelin starred chef, Alain Ducasse.



With international curriculums and global internship opportunities, the 12-month programs are designed for aspiring chefs or anyone with a passion for cooking. The program allows students to train with the country’s finest chefs and incorporates an interesting blend of skills, innovation and practical knowledge. Though the curriculum is rooted in French techniques, the approach is unmistakably global and offers a comprehensive understanding of international culinary techniques and styles.



Students also get the opportunity to study semesters abroad in France – Culinary Arts Diploma students can choose École Ducasse Paris campus, while French Pastry Arts Diploma students can continue their education at École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) in France and get international exposure. They get to intern with global hospitality and F&B brands and launch their culinary journey upon completion of the programme.



Eligibility Criteria:



The minimum eligibility to apply for diploma programs at École Ducasse in India is as follows:



Students should be at least 18 years old



Students should have completed high school or graduation in any stream



IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL 46-59 / WPLN Level 5 or at least 75% in English in Class XII Board Exams





Programme Fee: Culinary Arts Diploma INR 306,500 + EUR 24,620
