First time ever in the Indian Mental Health space a experts curated 21 Day Happiness Program is being launched by BETTERLYF an online emotional wellness platform with a single minded agenda to provide self reflective tools to cultivate happiness as a habit.



The 21-day Happiness program is for individuals who want to work on their personal growth and become resilient selves.



“We wanted to go beyond traditional therapy and assist individuals in building skills that enhance their emotional immunity,” says Varun Handa, the co-founder of BetterLYF. According to the National Mental Health Survey (2017) around 56 million Indians suffer from Depression.



This went on to show the intrinsic need to take care of one's emotional wellbeing not only through therapy or psychiatric support but also calls for measures to develop personal resilience building tools that promote inner work for a more healthy mental wellbeing.



BetterLYF’s 21 Day Happiness program does just that,it provides you with expertly curated tools, and reflection exercises that can add to your inner work and rebuild your perception of Happiness itself. Best part, you can keep the tools, and revisit and learn and discover it at your pace. The program has the following weekly themes and agendas.



Week 1 aims to help you explore your beliefs around life that may not be helping you.

Week 2 aims to help you unlearn the habits and unload the feelings that are holding you back to reach your goals

Week 3 helps you re-learn the skills to create a meaningful life and fulfilling relationships.



The program is currently run on two modes -



1.WhatsApp group consists of progressive individuals who want to enhance their personal growth - the idea is to create a community-driven support system for meaningful conversations and the exchange of ideas.

2.Solo on WhatsApp - for those who do not wish to be a part of the group and want to engage with the moderator one-on-one.



A typical day in the program would revolve around a morning video by their in-house therapist, and an afternoon activity, followed by reflections in the evening. One can simply enroll themselves on their website.
