NOIDA, India, July 9, 2023 – The Asian Unity Alliance (AUA) amplified its potent message of love, peace, and unity at a round table conference, fostering a dialogue on Asian unity’s critical importance. Held at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida, the conference was designed in collaboration with the Association for Asia Pacific Union (AAPU).
The event marked thirty years of AUA’s persistent efforts to promote peace throughout the Asian continent for enhanced living standards. “Art and Culture can infuse our world with love, peace, and unity,” stated Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AUA, emphasizing the power of these mediums in the creation of harmonious societies.
Unity among Asian countries holds vital implications: it can amplify economic strength, encourage cultural exchanges, ensure regional peace, and security. The AUA continues to utilize the power of art and culture to bridge gaps and foster unity across the continent.
People from different strata of life attended the conference and suggested remarkable suggestions to bring unity among Asian Countries. Some of the most important points emerged were the promotion of cultural exchanges that is encourage cultural programs, exchange students, tourism, and media exposure to foster better understanding and appreciation among different cultures. The second was- enhance economic cooperation means through regional blocs, free trade agreements, and mutual aid during crises, countries can support each other’s economic growth.
The next powerful suggestion was fostering political dialogue, it expresses regular diplomatic meetings, peace talks, and cooperative alliances can help resolve conflicts, disputes, and misunderstandings peacefully. The important point was also jointly address shared challenges which states from environmental issues to health crises, Asian countries can collaborate on research, share resources, and create joint action plans. The other essential suggestion was the education and awareness, it states teaching about the history, culture, and importance of unity in schools and through media can foster a sense of common identity and mutual respect among the younger generation.
Wing Commander Praful Bakshi, Major General Rajan Kochar, Subhash Goyal, Madhavi Advani, P.K.Bajaj, Saif Hyder Hassan, Kaushik Ghosh, Neerav Desai, Mahesh Saxena, Neena Goel, Aroon Roongta, Ashutosh Mohendra, Kuldeep K Sharma, Prabhu Nath, S.K.Agarwal, were also present there. Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented a copy of his book “Eight Years of Modi Sarkar” along with participation certificated of Asian Unity Alliance to all the members present for the conference. The event was supported by World Peace Development and Research Foundation.
